Leeward Community College Campus Council

The Campus Council, established in January 1995, serves as the recommending and advisory body in matters relating to the priorities for the direction of the College, especially regarding budget planning and resource allocation. Representing a broad cross-section of College constituencies, the Council recommends priorities to the chancellor.

Campus Council Meeting Dates

Day: Usually the third Friday with some exceptions (see schedule below)
Time: 1:00pm – 2:30pm, unless otherwise noted below.

    Budget and Planning Committee

    The committee will support the Council’s annual review of the planning process, make recommendations for improvement, and address other issues relevant to its role as a recommending body to the Chancellor on matters related to planning and budgeting.

    Facilities Use Committee

    The Facilities Use Committee was established to engage with the College in addressing issues around facilities use, space utilization, and other related concerns. The committee chair will be a Campus Council voting member. The Executive Committee will serve as ex officio members. Other committee members will include, but will not limited to representatives from Administration, Operations & Maintenance Enterprise Services, Divisions, APT, ASG rep, the Student Life Coordinator, and the Waianae Moku Coordinator.
