- The Curriculum Chair emails the respective Division Chairs, Counseling Coordinator, and Dean for the three Curriculum Representatives per division in March. See details in the chart below.
- No release time is given to the Curriculum Secretary. To compensate for this, the Curriculum Secretary does not serve on a subcommittee. There is a precedent to ask for one more representative (four representatives total) from the Curriculum Secretary’s division, so we can have enough representatives on the subcommittees.
