Trouble Calls

AV Services supports the campus by responding to audio-visual (AV) trouble calls. Please submit all trouble calls to ITG Help Desk for appropriate routing.

AV Support

• Second-level support for Smart Classrooms and Technology Enhanced Classrooms (TECs)
• Second-level support for Kaʻala Room (GT 105)
• Support for Polycom video conferencing systems in the campus conference rooms, Senate Chambers, Learning Commons, and ʻImi ʻIke building
